Phrases only — never enter patient information here.
A private reference guide replacing a laminated keychain. Made for Jennifer by Ken and Kayleigh.
All data sits in a locked database. Only specifically authorised Google accounts can read it — three people. There is no password to share and no public link that works.
The lock is on the server, not in the app, so bypassing the login screen achieves nothing.
No patient information is ever stored. There is nowhere in the app to type any.
Safer than the keychain: a ring of cards can be dropped or picked up. This cannot.
A personal tool, not an official AMR or ARMS system. Content came from the printed guide Jennifer was issued, plus her own notes. If a supervisor wants it changed or removed, that takes one message to Ken.
Those came off the original guide with a question against them — a duplicate door code, a shift table that disagrees with itself. Check before relying on them.
Tell Ken. Quick to fix, better than working around.
